All applicants must complete the information below to be considered for the upcoming event.

Please bare in mind that in the interests of showcasing a VARIETY of local business types we are unable to guarantee a position to all those who apply. Whilst the main aim is to support St Davids Hospice Care we are also looking to showcase local food and craft supplier who make their own goods, as such we may not be able to consider applications selling third party items

ALL SHORT-LISTED BUSINESSES WILL BE CONTACTED IN DUE COURSE TO COMPLETE A STALLHOLDER CONTRACT FOR THE EVENT WHICH OUTLINES THE TERMS & PRICES

Time: 11am - 3pm

STIPULATIONS

All stall holders must carry PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE and if selling food we will require a copy of your FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE.

As this is an indoor / outdoor event you may be required to supply your own Marquee and tables to present your goods. All other details about the event will be finalised in the stallholder contracts issued to short-listed traders

In the event your business DOES NOT have the PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance documents im afraid we are unable to feature your company at this particular event
In the event you are a food business and DO NOT have the pre-requisite food hygiene documents im afraid we are unable to feature your caompany at this particular event
Please be aware that there are limited spaces indoors therefore indoor requests may will be subject to availability
Sending
